Hi, I'm Laura.
After years of constant movement: travel, changing countries, moving homes, mountain getaways, outdoor sports... I realized there was a constant challenge: to maintain a routine and not put a stop to the good habits that supported the achievement of my goals.
I knew I wasn't the only one, that there are many people out there who experience/suffer the same thing. So I decided to do something to boost that willpower that sometimes falters when we leave home.
Here there are no empty promises or magic formulas: only the determination to fulfill our commitments to ourselves.
