Shipping Policy

• We ship throughout Spain except for the following regions: Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands.
• Orders are normally processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) once payment has been confirmed.
• Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation. We will do our best to meet these deadlines, however, we are not responsible for events beyond our control that may affect the delivery time of your order.
• We offer free shipping on all orders.
• You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.
